Growing up in a business atmosphere David has learned many fascists of Customer Service, Building and an Architectural Technology Degree were the dreams and ideals of homes and design led David to the world of Real Estate. Living both in the city and the country David understands how to work with everything from the simplest of condos to multi million dollar estates. He is educated in the land and large parcel acreages as well as the workings of well and septic systems. His attention to detail and superior market knowledge give his clients a competitive edge in any market. In working with his team, David is able to offer a variety of services from custom building and remodeling to development. Understanding the different sides of the transactions David has implemented a transaction coordinator to see that the process runs smooth and without delay. With over 10 years experience and having been involved in a wide variety of Market Conditions David Richins offers a wealth of knowledge and is true professional.

Outside of business David enjoys time with his wife and two children. He also loves to take time to improve his golf game, attend sporting events and explore Colorado and other destinations. David also volunteers for his church in supporting there Young Mens program and the Boy Scouts of America.
